Excel Diagrams Overview:-

Microsoft excel is a spreadsheet program. Spreadsheet will provide you with the values arranged in rows and columns that can be changed mathematically using both basic and complex arithmetic operations.

➤Menu bar: The menu bar appears just below the title bar. This menu bar is a menu of files, edit, view, inserts, etc. It is called 'menu bar'.

➤Standard toolbar: Just below the menu bar, the standard toolbar is the standard toolbar in the standard toolbar. Generally, the standard toolbar is set as the default toolbar.

➤Formula Bar: The formula bar is located below the standard toolbar and the formatting toolbar. This bar is divided into two parts. The first box to the left of the Formula Bar is the Name Box, where the cell address is displayed. This is called the cell address area. And if you enter any data or formula in the worksheet in the box next to fx -, you will see it .

➤Cell pointer: Mouse pointer is clicked on a cell in the worksheet and a cell pointer is displayed. When you type something into a cell that contains a cell pointer, that cell is displayed. In addition to editing or deleting a cell's data, first select the cell with the cell pointer.

➤Sheet Tab: Sheet 1, Sheet 2, Sheet 2, Sheet 1, in this way, the number of sheets in a workbook is then shown. Inserting a new sheet in the middle of this Sheet tab, deleting any sheet, as well as any sheet copy, move, etc. can be done.

➤Row bar: The row number of the worksheet is displayed in the row bar.

➤Column bar: The column name of the worksheet is displayed in the column bar.

➤Status bar: The status bar is the bottom bar of the screen. When working in a worksheet, what mode is in it is displayed in the status bar. In the beginning, when the worksheet is in Ready mode, it shows the Ready text in the status bar. When a cell is edited, it shows the edit text in the status bar. After editing, press the Enter key and return to 'Ready' mode. In addition, the Caps Lock, Name Lock or Scroll Lock key is on, which is displayed in this status bar.

➤Horizontal Scrollbar: The horizontal scroll bar lets you navigate to the right and left of the worksheet. With the mouse pointer, you can click, > , < this button, left and right. You can also drag the scroll bar to the right and left.

➤Vertical scrollbar: Vertical scroll bar lets you navigate up and down the worksheet. With the mouse pointer you can click and hold down the ⇑ ⇓ button. You can also drag the scroll bar up and down.

মেনু বার : টাইটেল বারের ঠিক নিচে 'মেনু বার ' অবস্হিত ,এই মেনু বারের ফাইল , এডিট , ভিউ, ইনসার্ট ইত্যাদি মেনু গুলি লেখা থাকে বলে একে 'মেনু বার ' বলে।

স্ট্যান্ডার্ড টুলবার :মেনু বারের ঠিক নিচে টুলবারের মধ্যে স্ট্যান্ডার্ড টুলবারটি থাকে স্ট্যান্ডার্ড টুলবার এর মধ্যে আইকন আকারে - নিউ , ওপেন , সেভ, সেভআস,প্রিন্ট,প্রিভিউ,আনডু,রিডু,চার্টইত্যাদিদেওয়াথাকে ,সাধারণত ডিফল্ট টুলবার হিসাবে স্ট্যান্ডার্ড টুলবার টি সেট করা থাকে।

ফর্মুলা বার : স্ট্যান্ডার্ড টুলবার এবং ফরমেটিং টুলবার এর নীচে ফর্মুলা বার অবস্থিত,এই বারটি দুটি অংশে বিভক্ত ফর্মূলা বারের বাঁদিকের প্রথম অংশটি হলো নাম বক্স ,যেখানে সেল আড্রেসটি প্রদর্শিত হয়,একে সেল আড্রেস এরিয়া বলে ,আর ডানদিকে fx এর পাশের বক্সটিতে ওয়ার্কশীটে কোনো ডেটা অথবা ফর্মূলা লিখলে তা দেখা যাবে।

সেল পয়েন্টার :ওয়ার্কশীটের কোনও সেল এ মাউস পয়েন্টার নিয়ে গিয়ে ক্লিককরলে সেল পয়েন্টার প্ৰদৰ্শিত হয়,যে সেল এ সেল পয়েন্টার থাকে কোনো কিছু টাইপ করলে তা সেই সেলএই প্ৰদৰ্শিত হয় ,এছাড়া কোনও সেল এর ডেটাকে এডিট অথবা ডিলিট করতে হলে প্রথমে সেল পয়েন্টার দিয়ে সেই সেল কে সিলেক্ট করে নিতে হয়।

শিট ট্যাব:শিট ট্যাব এ শিট ১ ,শিট ২, শিট ৩, এই ভাবে একটি ওয়ার্কবুক এর মধ্যে যতগুলি শিট থাকে পরপর তা পদার্শিত হয়,এই শিট ট্যাব এর মধামে নতুন শিট ইনসার্ট করা , কোনও শিট কে ডিলিট করা , এছাড়া কোনওশিট কে কপি , মুভ ইত্যাদি সবই করা যায়।

রো বার :রো বার এ ওয়ার্কশীট এর রো নাম্বার প্রদর্শিত হয়।

কলাম বার: কলাম বার এ ওয়ার্কশীট এর কলাম নেম প্রদর্শিত হয়।

স্ট্যাটাসবার:স্ক্রিনের একেবারে নীচের বারটি হল স্ট্যাটাসবার। একটি ওয়ার্কশীট এ কাজ করার সময় তা কখন কী মোড এ আছে তা স্ট্যাটাস বার এ প্রদর্শিত হয় ,শুরু তে যখন ওয়ার্কশীট টি রেডি মোড এ থাকে তখন স্টেটাস বারে রেডি লেখা দেখায়,আবার যখন কোনো সেলকে এডিট করা হয় তখন স্টেটাস বারে এডিট লেখা দেখায়,এডিট করার পর এন্টার কী প্রেস করলেআবার'রেডি'মোডএফিরেআসে,এছাড়া'ক্যাপসলক','নামলক'অথবা 'স্ক্রল লক ' কী অন থাকলে তা এস্টেটাস বারে প্রদর্শিত হয়।

হরাইজন্টাল স্ক্রলবার : হরাইজন্টাল স্ক্রল বারের সাহায্যে ওয়ার্কশীট এর ডানদিকে এবং বাঁদিকে যাতায়াত করা যায়। মাউস পয়েন্টারের সাহায্যে ">,<"এইবাটনেক্লিককরেবাঁদিক,ডানদিককরাযায়। এছাড়া আপনি স্ক্রল বারকে ড্র্যাগ করে ডানদিক - বাঁদিক করতে পারেন।

ভার্টিক্যাল স্ক্রলবার :ভার্টিক্যাল স্ক্রল বারের সাহায্যে ওয়ার্কশীট এর ওপরে এবং নীচে যাতায়াত করা যায়,মাউস পয়েন্টারের সাহায্যে ⇑⇓ বাটনে ক্লিক করে উপর নীচ করা যায় ,এছাড়া স্ক্রল বারকে ড্র্যাগ করেও উপর নীচ করা যায়।
